Sophomore Low GPA that's currently being fixed; but not before SA 2019 positions are filled. Am I screwed?

I currently have a 3.46(rounded to 3.5) as a sophomore. I'm trying extra hard this semester to bring it up to a 3.7, where I'll be competitive, but SA positions are already starting recruiting. I'm not gonna get my grades back until late May. Point is, what can I do? I'm at a top public. Also should I be cold emailing and networking now? Why is the timeline so rushed???

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but it wouldn't be a bad idea to start networking especially if there isn't much OCR at your school. Because of the accelerated timeline, you'll have to find one way or another to try and differentiate given your less than ideal grades.

It's also important to note that not all banks are starting recruiting this early, so as far as I know, there is still ample time for you to get your marks back for this term before the rest of the BB/EBs start recruiting.
