Sophomores, you look like idiots

Why the hell are you flexing your 2023 offers on LinkedIn without the successful completion of 2022?

Do you realize that you’re shooting yourself in the foot with your incoming internship by announcing your leaving before arriving? Do you not care about the quality and quantities of staffings and the overall level of investment that the team will place in you?

God forbid something happens to your 2023 offer, don’t you want to protect yourself? Stop being consumed with the desire to flex and actually think for a second why you think that it’s worth it at all.

I hate seeing those posts. Am interning at different shops for ‘22 and ‘23 and I wonder how someone is smart enough to get an EB or PE offer out of undergrad but dumb enough to not know to keep your lips sealed. If someone from your company asks, no use in lying, but don’t go advertising it. Just be quiet and be humble. Your time to flex will come.

Common sense is not something they're generally scanning for in college sophomores surprisingly.

So, to the Junior SA intership, you apply in summer of your sophomore year? So you definetly need a good internship that summer to be eligible.
