How did you strike out if you have a boutique IB offer?
What does the start-up company do, is it in the healthcare space?
What caliber of boutique are we talking here? Have you tried to get a sense for the type of exit opps people there have after their analyst stint? Even if you're current bank isn't so great, I would definitely wait and try to land an FT banking gig after graduation, given that previous banking experience could serve you well in getting into some better places.
