Union Square Advisors Exit Ops

Does anybody know anything about Union Square Advisors (seems to be similar to LionTree, GCA, FT Partners, Raine, DBO)? What are exit ops, how is pay, and what’s the reputation like in SF vs the rest of the country? I know there are a few older threads on this but they seem to be outdated or low on replies. Mostly wondering about tech PE/VC exit ops. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd put the all the ones you mentioned (LionTree, GCA, FT Partners, Raine, DBO) ahead of USA.

LionTree, GCA, FT Partners, Raine, DBO are generally better than USA for private equity exit ops, maybe GCA is the closest comparison
