First round was virtual and technical only, one on one with an analyst. Then you get invited to a superday. It consists of 3 back to back interviews with ED, VP, and Associate. Mix of techs and behaviorals. Pretty chill interview, but since they do a lot of sponsors-based work, know LBO, mandate information, and keep up with market. Got results back within a couple of business days.

I think having a good why nomura answer is important + being confident with easy technicals
