I could definitely see this being the tip of the iceberg. Similar to what happened in big tech: everyone over hired, a couple come out of the wood work and right size, gives air cover to everyone else to do the same. Get those resumes polished! Looking at you T Rowe ;)
Do you think there will be significant layoffs in research, or will this mainly be confined to MO/BO?
Bottom decline performers in research in trouble. But majority should be support functions
