Hi, I had a BlackRock Aladdin Client Servies superday in SF last Wednesday (9/6) and still haven't heard back. It hasn't been a week yet but I was wondering what I should do. Email and follow up with the recruiter or just keep waiting?

I interviewed Friday and haven't heard back. It usually takes a full week so I'm expecting to get an offer Friday. I'm gonna be turning it down though, so not very excited. Unless the pay is substantially more than GS.
