BlackRock FT Analyst 2024
Since today is technically when BlackRock starts reviewing apps, I'll start the thread.
I applied back in July for the Corporate Strategy and Business Management teams. Anyone know what the interview process and content is typically like? Heard from a friend on the analytics team that it was basically all fit/behavioral, but not sure if it varies by team or not.
What are the best investment roles to apply for/ what is the most competitive?

Worked with corp strat most likely not recruiting this year if they are only 1 FT max.
I did my superday last week with Infosec and I spoke with 5 members from different departments (Data Analysis, Asset Protection, etc). It was mostly behavioral with questions about how you handle and react to situations with basic technical questions. They were really kind and easy going, so I felt relaxed throughout the day. I'm reading that people got an email describing how long they will wait for a response but I haven't received that yet. So I'll wait and post an update.

in the same exact position, I got the email too after 4 weeks of my SD. I thought I got it only because I followed up with them but Ig other people got it too
