JPM PB summer analyst conversion rate
Hello everyone!
I just finished my superday last week and got an offer call this week. Have been hearing that JPM overhires summer analysts and the conversion rate to full-time analysts is low. I'm just wondering how accurate this statement is in the private banking division. Any thoughts would be appreciated;).

Got the offer too and have the same question. Is the overhiring a thing only for PB, or for all HK JPM offices? Just ask because I heard PB is kinda expanding these days.
Not at JPM, friend is. PB is expanding massively so there will be a lot of headcount for summers. Cuts this summer were brutal because they hired a ton of people as first year analysts to start the expansion particularly in larger teams in NYC, SF, LA, Dallas
