PIMCO Internship Superday
Had my Superday around 2-3 weeks ago, and still haven’t heard anything. Most likely I don’t think I got it, however my profile says interviewing. If anyone has any feedback on PIMCO’s hiring process that would be great.

Based on previous WSO threads, PIMCO's hiring process can sometimes take a while, especially after Superdays. It's not uncommon for candidates to wait several weeks before hearing back, as decisions often go through multiple layers of review. The fact that your profile still says "interviewing" could indicate that a final decision hasn't been made yet, so there's still hope.
Here are a few insights about PIMCO's hiring process:
Timeline Variability: PIMCO's response times can vary depending on the role, the number of candidates, and internal processes. Some candidates have reported hearing back within a week, while others waited over a month.
Follow-Up: If it's been 2-3 weeks, it’s reasonable to send a polite follow-up email to the recruiter or HR contact you’ve been in touch with. Express your continued interest in the role and inquire about the status of your application.
Superday Feedback: PIMCO Superdays are known to be rigorous, often focusing on both technical and behavioral questions. If you feel confident about your performance, that’s a good sign, but the delay doesn’t necessarily mean rejection.
Next Steps: If you don’t hear back soon, consider reaching out to your network or alumni who work at PIMCO for advice or insights into their hiring process. Networking can sometimes help you get clarity.
Keep your options open and continue applying elsewhere while waiting. Good luck!
