Putnam Investments Reputation?

Haven't seen much on the forum about this, but wanted to hear your thoughts on Putnam Investments reputation in the industry and exit opportunities from their undergrad programs (Investment Associate & Equity Associate).

I don't think putnam is quite at the level of wellington / capital (their aum is still half what it was 20 years ago), but they are a solid fund. the associate program seems good, but I believe they have a central research model (ie internal sellside model), which I think is probably a negative for your research associate experience. I believe you can be promoted to analyst internally, which is a big plus. Overall my perception is that they are a good fund, but maybe not quite at the top level
