Equity research final round in 3 days - How do I learn excel/modelling?

Hi guys, got a final round in 3 days and I really need to learn everything. Don't currently work in finance so studying up on accounting, statements, formulas.

Question is how do I learn the excel and financial modelling part in just 3 days? Any courses or tips? Where do I even start?

How are you modeling the balance sheet? Are you making all of the adjustments to the income statement necessary to get the cash flow?

I do not have a model that I can share.

However, models will be structured essentially the same way the company reports their financials. Tech will have some common charges (ie stock-based compensation, amortization of intangibles, restructuring, etc). Also, goog street convention for rev is adjusted - rev plus/or minus Motorola rev (can't remember)- tac (traffic acquisition costs).

Rev will grow based on industry future, operating expenses should remain roughly the same, and bottom line will be dependent on operating leverage and maybe some unforeseeable events. Hope this helps
