Common Projects, Margiela cum shots, Givenchy urban knots. McQueens are bulky unless you're a short king

 

If you’re a dude, maybe pass on the McQueen trainers lol. Personally I’d avoid a Chelsea with a very point toe, but more rounded looks great. 

 

It depends. I’d look at what other people more senior than you are wearing and go from there. If your MD is more on the dressy side maybe you should mimic what he does to an extent. If you have to ask, then I feel like the answer is no.

Monk straps look like absolute shit. I’m sure this will get downvoted but if I see someone with monk straps who I like, I have to try to forget that they’re wearing them. It’s either black cap toe, bit/penny loafers, or more relaxed shoes if that’s what your team is doing. There is really no need for monk straps under any circumstance, ever.
