Point 72 Academy 2019 Recruiting
Hello everyone,
Just trying to get a feel for Point 72's Academy 2019 recruitment process.
I submitted my resume and got Hirevue a day later. After completing the Hirevue I was then invited to an "exclusive summer networking night" at Point 72's office in NYC. The invitation said the event will allow you to network with professionals inside in the firm as well as current Academy members. I am just curious if receiving this invitation is going to lead to another interview or what.
If anyone has gone through this similar experience before I would love to hear your insights.

Semi-target- one BB recruits at our school. I have a high GPA (3.9) and have an Investment Banking internship right now.

I had my video interview on June 6th. Took the Wonderlic assessment June 18th.... Now just patiently waiting.

What was the assessment about? I have been invited to a cognitive reasoning assessment. Is it numerical or logical or a mix?
I know of people who have already received rejection emails..hopefully it's a good thing if we haven't heard yet
Got an email for moving onto next round
I also got an email about the next round. Going to be attending the networking event on the 28th. I was told that by July 2nd I will hear about next round.

I got an email this morning about moving on to the next round. I go to a target and will be attending the event on the 28th
i will also be attending 28th. I got an email saying I will hear about my canidacy before july 2nd
i was invited to the networking event that happened last week. semi target/target moved past to skype interview. took about 1.5 weeks to hear back after hirevue

I got the email about the July 2nd update. I have not received an email. I think silence is a rejection. Not sure though.
i do not think silence is rejection. Because they said we would have an update about of candidacy regardless...kinda confusing

I got an email asking for my times for a video interview, and I sent it in. It's been 3 days since, with no response, and I'm getting kind of worried. Is this normal?

Got a hirevue as well but the hirevue title says 2019 Scholarship for Women. I don't think it's a standalone program, so is it the alternative for the 2019 academy for diversity candidates?

hirevue wasn't processed due to technical problems, ugh laptop is water damaged! Reached out to HR and waiting for response, any advice on how to move forward?
I'm on my second round interview (applied to the London office, but the NY office does all the interviews) and they only gave me dates during this week and next week to choose from.
