I have 200k in savings now, feel pretty lucky but also want to maximize. Currently have everything in SPY (using margin), but open to suggestions. Not interested in real estate - don’t have any time. Looks like Robinhood has the lowest margin rates. 1) if I stick with my current situation, which platform is the best for just holding everything in an SPY index on margin?

This 200k. Is it sitting in a savings account? What does that have to do with your margin backed SPY holdings?
I brought my $250K to a small cap company stock after I joined them last year. Putting my career + money at risk but I feel more confident being an insider investor than invest passively to SPY. Never regret. Maybe this is also an option for you :)
