at the end of a number:

  • A is for Actual, this is usually used for past years, or the current year if it's Q4 and everything is locked in/super high revenue visibility

  • E is for Estimated, usually only used for current year

  • P is for Projected, used for future years

  • B is used for "Anno Bezos", a dark timeline when Amazon runs everything and we are forced to drink a nutrient slurry from rusty pipes as we toil deep in the AWS mines, mating only once every seven years in a pon farr ceremony.

B is rarely used except for in hard downside cases. Or pitches to Amazon.
