2021 SA Question
Hi all. When would everyone say is the earliest that 2020 SA applications/recruiting starts?
Just for reference: Sophomore at Non-target still trying to break in.

My best guess is mid to late spring of your sophomore year is when things will kick off, possibly earlier than that. It will depend on the bank and if these banks want to keep pushing up the timelines. If you're at a non-target I would definitely consider beginning your networking efforts in the fall because you have a harder hill to climb than those at targets and semi-targets. Hope this helps a bit.
Is networking too early an issue or should it be right before recruiting starts? I've been doing some networking already but probably not as much as is necessary.
