For Credit Suisse, I heard 2nd round is a superday with 5 interviews but I'm sure it's very different across the street.
For MS IBD HK, 2nd round was another phone call. But this time it was with an associate instead of an analyst. It was a LOT more technical than first round.
I've had 100% behavioral and 100% technical. Completely varies.
Totally depends on circumstance. I've had 1st round = phone screen; 2nd round = technical focused; 3rd round = mix of behavioral & technical (focus on behavioral)... and would think that is most typical
