Am I being pushed out?
Newly promoted AN2. We had reviews recently and my feedback wasn’t all positive. May not have been the best time, but asked about staying on and was told there is no guarantee what would happen in the future. Fast forward a few weeks and a senior I am close with sent me a one-off email asking me if I would be interested in joining one of our corporate coverage clients.
The two could be unrelated, but should I take this as a sign? Under what circumstances would they offer to help facilitate an exit when we haven’t really broached the subject before?
