Am I Making a Mistake?

Curious to get some feed back on a potential opportunity. At a BB right now and may have the opportunity to join a firm that is raising their first fund. What are some potential mitigating factors that would make you wary? Just want to know what red flags you all would look out for. This would be in the early stage space (seed/A), so not traditional PE for those wondering. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
