Analyst Bonus Expectations in Normal Year

What should be a 2Y/3Y analyst’s (right before associate promote) bonus expectations in a decent/normal revenue year at a typical MM firm (HL, Lincoln, WB, Jeff, etc.)? Joined post-2021 so have only heard of record-high bonuses or seen notoriously low bonus seasons. Curious on what a mid or top bucket analyst should anticipate their bonus being in a decent year at a bank like this (i.e. firm did not perform as good as 2021 but did better than pre-2021 years and 2022-2023).
