Analysts: What do you wish you had to be more successful / informed?

Hi all!

Was reading about the founder of morning brew, and was wondering what product or information other analysts wish they had to make their lives easier. As a women, I personally wish that there was a space where we could network/discuss with other females analysts, or that there was a database of some sort to search for firms that focus on growth equity in the c&r space (or something to that effect).

please share your thoughts below and we can all recommend products that would be useful to each other. Thanks!
