I’m currently an ASO1 at another non BB, working in CIB. I’ve been invited to interview with the CIB group at MUFG. Has anyone here had any experience with this group that can share their thoughts? Hours, culture, desk experience, etc?

Their CB group or CIB (every bank is different) does very well. From what I’ve seen in my space they tend to have quite a few left leads (Energy & Project Fin). Seems more like a lifestyle bank

Yeah an update: had a great interview with a couple MDs for the group I was applying for. However the group head was looking for someone more junior but said that he thought highly of my experience.
