Ardea Partners Rep 2025

Seen that they are killing it in the FIG space and wanted to learn more. Any one have any color on analyst comp, exits, and culture? In regards to culture, anything from WLB to analyst experience/learning would be helpful.

How does it compare to EVR/PJT/MOE from a junior perspective? Obviously FIG focused but was curious if it might be a better platform for analysts starting out

Although you may earn more money at Ardea, EVR/PJT banks provide superior platforms that will better prepare you for your future. Ardea is also averaging 200mm deal size this yr so far, while EVR/PJT averaging 2bn+, just better deals to talk about for your on-cycle interviews

Quick question I don’t know much, but why are larger deals generally looked upon more positively isn’t the general process the same irrespective of the size of the deal?
