Are Bankers Still A-holes after leaving IB?

Aware this can be ignorant but want your thoughts:

Some bankers exit to corporate in corp dev, IR, strat finance, etc. Are most of them still douchy / a-hole at corporate (and carry culture with them) or they become more chill cuz don't need to try to fit into IB culture?

I want to avoid working for one in corporate if generally they don't change.

Tks

The bankers that tend to leave for industry/corporate world tend to be more chill personalities in general.

As someone who is still in banking, but went from hardcore bank to chill bank, I really don't think a lot of people go into banking be a-holes. I think that being surrounded by a world that moves quickly, decisively, and where many expenses are seemingly no cost turns people into less empathetic and understanding people. Hell, I even saw it when I first made my transition, where I wanted things done fast and quick,  but I have learned to enjoy the slower lane a little bit more recently.
