Are HV’s actually reviewed by HR?
Not much more to add. I’m assuming that they’re analysed by AI which picks up keywords, etc. Can anyone confirm?
Side note, I hate HVs so much.

I would assume it depends on the firm and maybe there's a hybrid approach. I have both reviewed hundreds of resumes and reccommended x number of hireviews from a stack based on what HR wants (i.e. maybe 30/100). I have also reviewed hireviews and then reccommended on if they should get another interview after that, either superday or just a phone/video interview with a person (maybe 3-4 / 10). We usually won't watch the whole hireview interview. Usually we would just watch the "tell me about yourself" and one other question. Generally don't need to see more than that to determine if someone should advance or not.
when you’re reviewing the HVs what are you looking for in those 2-5 mins
