In today's environment, what is the percentage likelihood of getting an offer from a Superday? How many FT candidates on average are invited to super days? What percentage of those candidates receive offers?

Doesn't really matter, does it? Outside of your control so knowing the answers doesn't help you... Also the answer will be different at every bank.
Usually three to five candidates for every spot. In FT there may only be one spot. If you don’t go in with the mindset that theres one offer and you need to be the best to take it, your not doing it right.
