Currently making $250 TC in Strategy in industry. Very cushy but finding the career growth and work to be slow. Prior experience was 6 years in strategy consulting before 2 years of strategy in industry. Graduating from my part time MBA program T20 this spring. Always curious about IB and feel this is my last chance. I have been talking to some MM firms. Worth making the jump to IB associate or pursuing partner track in consulting? Likely go back as a senior mgr at Big4. Diverse female.
