Baird - Background Check
Please help a fellow chimp. Got a call today for an interview at Baird (MKE) for a lateral associate position. Voluntarily requested for termination (for severance) at my previous firm but form U5 has termination reason stated as ‘other - staff reorganization/restructuring’. I do not see any disclosures on brokercheck website yet. Is this going to be a problem in case I am offered the position? How intense in Baird’s background verification process and how do I navigate this issue? Thank you.
