I've tried looking around but how do you find what groups are available in particular offices? I've tried searching for more info on what is available at the BAML LA office and only thing that seems to come up is that they are in the lower buckets relative to other banks in LA. I know they don't have sponsors but that's about all I know.
You'll be working on a lot of debt / financing work. As a result, not very good placement compared to other M&A and more advisory shops. However, culture is great and people do enjoy working there from who've I talked to.
