Barclays SA 2026 group choice
Came from a comp sci background at a semi-target: really grinded for this and loved every bit of it. I’ve set my
preference with HR for LevFin (but also like ECM since I
networked with quite a few people there… and find it interesting ofc). I enjoy the modelling side and feel it suits my compsci/analytical skills, plus I genuinely love the grind.
Would love to hear any insider insights on how the groups differ and how to maximise chances of landing in the one you want — are groups decided before or once you’re there?
