Barclays Springboard 2020
Haven't seen a thread yet for this, but wanted to get one going since things should start to pick up later this month with the process depending on where everyone is located (target, non, etc). Applied the day of the deadline and now the waiting begins haha
By what day did the email say we should hear back? Cant find it...
And do you know if the process includes a hirevue/ assessment? Or is it a phone interview
I just got the generic confirmation email from "resourcing team" saying they received my application.
What's a "resourcing team"? Is that your school's banking recruiting team?

I also got a phone interview... non-target male.
Last year formal invites went out in early March, on campus interviews (straight to springboard if passed) were mid-late feb at schools that got OCR
Not sure what timelines were like for people that had to do HireVues
for those of you who’ve already had the phone interview, was it mostly behavioural, anything technical?
i’m at a semi target, did my phone screens last week, interviewer said i should expect to hear back in the next few days. but that recruiting team was strictly my school alums so idk for you guys. anyone else who heard back and got the invitations?

Is the event date April. 15th-16th for everyone? I applied to the women's program and it was supposed to be April.1st-2nd, while the diversity one is 15th-16th.

Spoke to an analyst from my target. Barclays sets caps per school. Superday will vary by who interviews you.

Does anyone know how many people participate in Springboard & how many offers are typically extended?
I've heard prior years it was somewhere around 45 kids for banking and then 35 kids for S&T together at the Springboard program, so I would expect similar numbers this year. Unsure about offer %.

I felt like they went very well. Again, maybe my interviewers excel at hiding their true thoughts. It does seem like we are waitlisted.

Something about waitlisting 6 people (I believe there're 6 ppl here who interviewed last Friday and still haven't heard back) seems off to me. But then again, I'm not sure how many ppl they interviewed on Friday. I wonder what the policy is if you are an outright reject.

Someone said in last year’s thread that they got an offer 5 days after interviews—I’m assuming that if no one (that I know of) has heard, they just haven’t gone out with anything yet?

Not yet, I will later tomorrow though if they still haven't said anything.
My interviewer said they are waiting till everyone for the program is interviewed. They are deliberating next week and will let us know by the end of the week.
Is this just for S&T, the women’s track, or Springboard overall? I thought they were doing interviews until the end of April.

Had my super on Friday. They told me on Saturday that I have another interview tomorrow. So I imagine we hear back middle of this week
for people waiting for decisions from last 2 superdays... was catching up with someone in my network who was somewhat active in the springboard process, they were told information would be coming to us mid-week
My friend recently interviewed on Friday; they told him 7-10 days. Does that mean he will get it mid week? I have S&T coming later on...

Nope! HR said 7-10 days but someone here said mid tuesday to thursday so I am quite nervous. They have not explained their source yet.
