Behavioral interviews — advice?

I’ve heard that it’s ideal to have ~5 stories ready that can be used in all situations for behavioral questions. What should the themes for those 5 stories be?

I have some ideas: 1. Leadership story in group setting 2. Failure story in group setting (include a conflict?) 3. Success story showing personal accomplishments 4. ??? 5. ???

Any ideas?
