Best BofA Groups 2023
Placement process is underway, so wanted to get an up-to-date perspective on groups. Culture, hours, seniors, WFH attitude, deal flow etc would all be helpful. Anything is appreciated, thanks.

Lmao the best groups last year are the best groups this year. Checkout the other 1000 threads
FSG, REGL, M&A in no particular order
C&R has best culture on the street hands down
at baml not in c&r and would agree 1000%
FSG and M&A are the best groups. 1) Culture is great 2) You get great technical experience 3) Exits are phenomenal.
Coverage groups are BofA just won't get exits as well as the product groups. This is because product groups hold pen on the model.
Groups to absolutely stay away from: Natural Resources and FIG.
What’s wrong with those groups?
M&A, REGL, and FSG are the best for top exits and account for the majority of their MF/UMM placements
REGL and FSG are their top groups. M&A is a strong group and has great exits but hear their culture could be better based on what I heard from my friend who interned there a few years ago, but also heard its changed in recent times for the better
REGL and FSG are their top groups. Each analyst class is around 10 people and 6-8 exit to top shops. M&A has the exits but it’s 35-40 analysts and around 5-7 get the best placements.
REGL analyst class is bigger than 10, probably closer to 15. FSG has always been small
The M&A team has a huge analyst class and can get competitive sometimes on staffings etc
where does leveraged finance rank?
BofA has a great regal group and has been top of the street for a while now. Financial sponsors, M&A and Cnr are also known to have competitive processes and are sought after
Any thoughts on NY industrials
