Best Credit Cards for Incoming IB Analyst in 2024
Just wanted an updated thread on what credit cards people are using right now, especially given the fact that sometimes credit card benefits change every so often/every year for different cards and such.
Bumpity bump bump
Amex centurion
Chase Sapphire preferred - Good for dining & travel and comes with enough perks to justify the $95/year fee
.
Amex gold - you're going to be constantly eating out / ordering delivery, and the credits make the card virtually free
Amex Gold is the way. The BILT card is useful too if you can use it on rent and transfer the points to the airlines or hotels you like.
If you get a corporate AMEX you should 1000% get AMEX gold or platinum. You can literally transfer points over.
I got the chase reserve and it’s great, but I wish I got the AMEX platinum tbh
