Best Exits: WLB and Pay, NO MODELING

What are the best exits from banking where I can still make good money and have good benefits, and work a traditional 40 hour work week.

I know PE, HF is off the table. Not looking at those

I know CorpDev, IR, and Strategy are good ones, what else is there?

I don’t really want to be super technical in my next job. I’m basically looking to maximize pay and minimize hours worked lmaooo

Placement Agents. Basically outsourced IR and some of the most layed back rich people I've ever met. With the fundraising enviroment improving I think a lot of PAs will start hiring again soon. If you think about it LPs are pressured to deploy their capital so as long as ur not absolute dogshit you just sit back, do a bit of schmoozin and you're bound to get some business. 0 modeling. It gets even easier as you become more senior because you'll start to cover more blue-chip funds and at that point the funds sell themselves and u literally don't have to do anything. I'd imagine if ur at an investment bank it might be relatively more intense (~50hrs a week) but if ur at one of the more known PAs it's much chiller (~40). It's front office and by technicality an "investment banking" role within the investment banks so I figure it might be in line or slightly below capital markets pay idk.

Private Funds Groups (PFG) usually. PA's do primary fundraising, so naturally look out for that on LinkedIn. Groups like UBS and I think Lazard have both Primaries & Secondaries within their PFG. Another name might be like Fund Advisory. PCA within the LP-Led space is also a great option as well. Very process-based and not a lot of critical thinking as well and their deal sizes r massive if that matters to you at all.
