What are the top consumer groups? Which consumer groups have the most deal flow? Which have the best exits and which are best for a career in banking?

Curious to hear more about mm. Know piper sf and HL chicago are strong, but havent heard much about WB, Baird, HW, LMM
I’ve heard Cowen is doing some interesting deals in the consumer space and worked on some notable IPOs. I’m not sure about the reputation of the group.
