I just wanted to share a resource I have found helpful when interviewers ask me for a deal I have been following. I am subscribed to an email service called Axios Pro Rata run by Dan Primack. Dan sends out a daily email in the morning with important announcements for M&A activity and rumblings in the VC space. It has been a great resource for me to stay updated with current market conditions and the latest news for acquisition activity.
