Big M&A Deals and Boutiques
Seems like a lot of the recent M&A deals are being done by the larger boutiques (EVR/LAZ/Centerview/PJT). Is this a general shift in the industry that is taking place? If so, is M&A deal flow at BBs shrinking?

Not necessarily. If you look on Reuters Eikon at a deal, it'll usually show multiple advisors including some of the EBs mentioned but most of the BBs too.
Do the bulge brackets mostly do financing when listed with boutiques or do they do M&A advisory as well?
