Anyone have information on this role within BMO Capital Markets? Is it considered front office, it looks like a product group but a hybrid between S&T and Corporate Banking, but primarily focused on underwriting and credit ratings. Any insight would be helpful!

Its setting up trading credit limits, fx/commodity/derivative credit lines for borrowers. Its front office esque.
Do you think it’s good experience to move into IB or traditional CB?
Probably won't help with IB (different client base, different technical skills), but I'd assume it's somewhat transferrable to traditional CB since you're dealing with credit markets all day. Also probably transferrable to S&T/prime brokerage.
