BofA Bonuses
Heard analyst bonus numbers came out today. Anyone have insight into the bonuses ranges for both AN1 and AN2? Also curious to see whether these numbers were over or under your expectations.

80k mid/top bucket for A2s is what I’m hearing

Nah ME. Do you know what EM and EE got?
Well now I know my boss is full of shit because they said $70k was the absolute highest they could give for ME rank... I heard EE was $80k but now I’m wondering if it was actually $85k for some groups. Not sure about EM
Used to be at BofA in my IB days - can confirm different groups might pay different bonuses for the same ranking. Basically is driven by the performance of the team and how strong (co-)heads are at securing % of the total bonus pool.
Well my group head is about as strong as a twig so that ties out.
your group head chooses bonuses for diff buckets, so it’s group dependent. at ours the spread between EE and MM is pretty small at the An1 level
