The HireVue for BofA is very selective basically a first round. Unlike JP Morgan who sends it right after you submit.
For bofa its HV —> Superday
Can't believe BofA is giving so many non-targets offers this year. IB is really on the decline

Super days are on May 11th - 12th and offers to out same day

I had an exploding offer from another BB expired last Friday and had my superday Thursday morning. HR told me on Thur that the decision will be made EOD Friday. However, after I emailing him again around 8pm Friday, he told me that he was not able to give me a response even though he knew my offer was expiring. I guess this didn't mean a rejection bc I was just asking for a result not an offer. They could reject me directly if they didn't want me. So my best guess was that they were still making decisions and wouldn't accelerate for anyone. Everything was kinda confusing...
Thats good to hear Himmy Neutron... Early next week doesn't have to mean monday... prob waiting on some scrappers from previous superdays who are using up their full two week exploding deadline. Then once they know exact number of spots they can give to our SD they will call all of us and we will all get the offer!!! Trying to stay positive here...
