the email i received mentioned 5 questions, but can confirm the other details

Does anyone know if the process is the same for the Sustainable Banking SA role? Even I haven't received an HV invite despite applying a couple of days ago

I don't think HVs are selective. The HR team were in touch with me frequently to discuss a few administrative aspects of my application, which I wouldn't feel was the case if it was automatic.

Happy to be told otherwise, but as far as I know, it is selective.

Were you also at the event where this was mentioned hahaha

(maybe you were not)

HR said in one of the BofA presentations that it's HV > AC (interview) > AC (Case Study).

Happy to be corrected, though.

Heard people have been getting TIs

Looks like it, yes. I wouldn't worry: they did say in a presentation that they take a while between rounds so I wouldn't stress about it. It's normal and is only just September.

Yeah that makes sense, might be first batch of TIs. But do you think that means that it actually HV > TI > AC(interview) >A C(case)

Possibly: the slide delivered in the presentation by the BofA team is as follows:

Find application form > Submit CV > Video Interview > Application Review > Assessment Centre (Interview) > Assessment Centre (Case Study) > Offers (to be made)

Maybe this is a US version and they didn't amend it for the London office to include the TI: I don't know. Glassdoor says the process takes anything from 1-3 months so if you've applied in the first 10-12 days of the position opening, I'm confident you'll be reviewed in the 2nd or 3rd batch. Gap between HV and TI can be between 1-4 weeks.

Fun fact: I was at a different BB in London for an event day and they shared an interesting story that being in the first AC had no relation to getting an offer. Some people would apply weeks after the opening and get an offer around 4 ACs in.

Just remember: this is a numbers game at the end of the day and you won't find someone who is 100% successful in all of their applications. Often, out of 60 or so applications, they might have 1 or 2 offers. That's totally normal.

Hey can you please tell how many rounds of interview took place during superday? Was there any group activity? Or case study round?

Can you tell me here or in dm what to expect for case study?
