Brown University OCR
Non diversity sophomore looking to apply for BB/EBs. Could someone give an overview of what firms hire at Brown? I hear of a lot of candidates going through diversity programs so I'm not sure whats available to me.

Career Resources
Goldman PWP and Barclays are probably the biggest three banks on campus. They each take a few people for banking every year. MS usually mostly recruits for their capital markets division, but people go to MS for banking every year as well, and there’s a pretty good pipeline to BofA as well. Other than that, for EBs people have gone to PJT, Evercore, Moelis, and offers at Lazard in the past year or two that I know personally, and although they don’t come to campus as much, a person or two usually gets an offer at UBS, Citi, RBC, JPM, I’m probably forgetting others but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Just focused on banking and happy to add more detail if you want.
How hard is it to get EB, and if you're non-diversity?
Same as any other very-good-not-great school. You’ve got as good a chance as any.
Agreed
