Build relationships with team as a junior banker?

Hi,

What is the opportunity for relationship building between a banking analyst/associate and the rest of the banking team.

In what ways do you work together? Do you talk about things other than work? Anything outside of the office - team events, client dinners, social events?

Do you guys talk about the markets, or the greater tends in the industry or the bank you're working in? Or, on the down low, career opportunities?

Do you feel there is real comraderie? Such as on big deals that keep you chained up for weeks.

I work in tech sales now and everyone knows everyone and we do all of the above. But my last job wasn't that kind of environment, had a lot more people keep to themselves. Curious the kind of support system a junior banker has.
