I recently was at a superday last friday at BB and received a verbal offer on Monday; during the call, the MD said that official offers would be sent that day. It is now Tuesday, almost Wednesday and I still haven't received written offer, and h said that the deadline would be next Monday to send in offer signature.
Is this normal? I already emailed my contact at the bank, but I'm thinking about calling the MD who gave me verbal offer.

Sit tight, the letter will come soon enough. A verbal offer from the MD is as good as written one from HR. Celebrate and relax, you've made it!
If you don't hear anything by Thursday you should call HR rather than your contacts at the bank because they are more likely to have the answers...hit up your contacts anyway though and let them know what is happening. That way, if you don;t get it by next Monday when you need to accept it, everyone knows you were going to accept the offer but haven't gotten the official stuff yet.
