Just be a normal guy, have interesting hobbies, be able to carry good conversation, be well put together. You can be the smartest guy in the room, but you also have to convince whoever you’re talking to that they can sit beside you for 14 hours a day and not blow their brains out
You set yourself apart with individual interactions and mutual interests — ie if you and the guy you talked to both played lacrosse or wtv. Not business cards lol

cuz the thing that makes you stand out is that you're making me 1) pull my phone out, 2) scan your QR code, 3) read your resume on my 6 inch screen and then 4) getting annoyed that you made me do all those things. Or I could just say "forget this clown" and starting to read the next guy's printed out resume.... Just me tho.
