shit. thought i was on to something here. there has to be some way i can set myself apart from the crowd without coming off weird

 

Just be a normal guy, have interesting hobbies, be able to carry good conversation, be well put together. You can be the smartest guy in the room, but you also have to convince whoever you’re talking to that they can sit beside you for 14 hours a day and not blow their brains out

 

You set yourself apart with individual interactions and mutual interests — ie if you and the guy you talked to both played lacrosse or wtv. Not business cards lol
