Hi everyone, didn't see a thread for 2020 Citi Sophomore Leadership Program, so thought I would start one.
Anyone have any updates? I just applied at the beginning of this week, so didn't know if there were any people who applied earlier and heard back yet. Thanks!

Same, applications last year weren’t open until mid-September. Not sure if they’re pushing it forward since they pushed junior recruiting 2020 forward

Anyways I'm non-target, non-diversity. I was under the impression targets apply through OCR/referrals but not sure.

pretty sure it goes straight to phone screen (no hirevue)
Interviews are in September/October. Phone screen and then super day. Expect an offer around October

Honestly if you are nondiversity there isn't even a point tbh. I just threw an application in, but I don't expect anything.
completely wrong, there were >10 nondiversity SLP interns this year. example of only diversity would be cs sophomore program. network instead of just "throwing applications in" - serious advice.

Talked to analyst on recruiting team, they are reviewing apps and will send out first-round interviews early next week (Columbus Day ish). Superday at end of month. People have already received positions though at non-targets.
Some who were part of the freshman insight event received offers already
targets have offers as well...unless you consider columbia, penn, cornell to not be targets.

spoke to someone at citi who said that the email was sent because a glitch in the system was not generating one of the questions on the form. No indication of superdays- everyone received. But hopefully a sign that invites will be sent soon!

Maybe, but either way it seems we’re dinged. I’m non diversity
since it's rotational this year and no longer based on preferences there's no reason why all superday invites wouldn't have been sent out today.
If they're doing multiple superdays, though, they wouldn't notify the second round right now because it gives the second-round students an advantage in having more time. This is strictly my perspective and based on the assumption there will be >1 superdays :)
