I was an A3 and got ~85% of my base this year plus the promotion so that’s accurate. Took at 25% haircut from last year to the guy on the team one year ahead of me with the same performance rating and situation so would say it’s still lower than past years but not nearly as big a drop as others received.
Many of the asos in my group got mediocre bonus, people are too bummed to want to work and some people haven’t shown up to the office for the past few days

Cmon man. Citi has way too many associates in most groups - doubt the fresh MBA hires were contributing much to begin with…

Sounds like upper mid and top buckets still got good bonuses, between 85-100%, was pay usually higher in prior years by 20% for those buckets?
Probably
Pay for top buckets was actually similar to last year but it could have been lower for bottom and mid buckets
Where is that coming from? Seeing data points in the $60-$80k range for associates in the thread.
That was only for aso3s who got promoted to VP, think everyone else got a donkeysh*t bonus

Citi pushed more people into 3-3 (mid - bottom bucket) to pay lower bonuses on a real basis whilst keeping the actual bonuses nominally the same.
None of the aso's on my team were happy... talking 50% or less of base for A1's (not stub) and A2's
Asos's up for promo were generally okay
What % of people got promoted?
Around 2 out of 3 got promoted from my group

How many days have some people been not working?
Seriously? That kind of sucks
Damn no wonder they aren't even recruiting right now lol
Been like that for months
