Anyone know when the sophomore leadership program or the early id program come out? seems like last year it was around this time, but i havent seen anything

Career Resources
Based on the most helpful WSO content, the Citi Sophomore Leadership Program typically opens applications around mid-year, with deadlines usually set for early September. However, it's important to note that these timelines can vary from year to year. For instance, in one of the threads from 2020, a user mentioned that the application deadline was pushed back to October 9.
As for the process kick-off, it seems to start shortly after the application deadline. In a thread from 2016, first rounds of the Summer Citi Sophomore Leadership Program were expected to start coming out the week after the thread was started in late December.
I recommend keeping an eye on the Citi careers page and the WSO forums for the most up-to-date information. Remember, the early bird gets the worm... or in this case, the internship!
